My beats stopped working and unable to get beats to even look into my problem. There was no damage and just stopped working. I am 55 and also take good care of it even when charging and never overcharge.

Unexpected product failure

Bought a pair of power beats 3 for a good deal I thought from T-Mobile a while back, let them sit in an unopened box while using my studio beats and when studios started to get in the way at the gym I switched to the power beats 3.. They work great!!, except for the fact that the don't hold a battery charge for very long. There surprisingly broken,. never ever had an issue like this before, unfortunately was definitely Unexpected from such a leading the industry company with a great product I think...

My beats wont stay charged

Well the beats still work they just won't stay charged and on top of it customer service says it will cost around $117 bucks to get the issues fixed?? Not cool at all!!! Probably around what I paid for the...

Warranty Question and Possible Claim

The product isnt working like it did and its only 9 months old. Losing power/charge quickly. Only stays charged half and long as it did.

User's recommendation: Very easy process. The customer service representative was very friendly. Gave me a couple of options. Then, quickly set me up with an an appointment at a local store. The whole time talking about things that weren’t related to the claim while she was inputting information. Very pleasant. Very simple process.

Trying to get my ear tips back after repairs

I received the return package for me to mail the Beats Pro to you. The directions were not clear with all the different bags so I called your customer service. A nice lady helped me out. I received my fixed Beats a few days later but the ear tips were missing. I called support again and the call was answered by. Female. After I explained the issue, she transferred me to a supervisor. This supervisor was more intent on telling me what I did wrong than trying to help. All I wanted was my ear tips. He was very flippant in his responses. He told me was looking up the prices on the website. I interrupted and asked if he was saying that I had to pay for them since your support person did not tell me to take off the ear tips before sending. He just said, "Yes". He was horrible. I adked to talk with his supervisor. He told me there was nobody higher than him. I spent a good deal of money on these Pros. I was not happy that I had to send them in to be repaired. Now that I have also had to deal with your customer service department I do not believe Beats will be my selection next time. next time.

No charging cable

I purchased beats flex wireless ear buds for my iPhone and was very happy with them until I was ready to charge them and found out I need to spend another $10 for an adapter, because the one for my iPhone isnt compatible. Very poor planning or was it?

User's recommendation: Make sure you read the reviews before you buy these earbuds and are aware of additional expense.

Your wireless beats headphones for $300 suck & I want my money back

The case dont hold a charge & they dont charge right when plugged in... for the money spent on them it wasnt worth it next time Ill buy apples ear buds
