Beats won’t turn on pulling them out of case
Second pair of beats. Both sets did the same thing.
Every time I pull bud out of case it disconnects. Tried beats on a different phone did the same thing.
Called the beats help line. Unable to help me and said to return them.

I just bought my husband and my nephew Pro Fit for Christmas. I'm really upset; my husband can't get both sides of these darn headphones to work!
We've reset them and tried everything we could, but nothing works! I paid almost four hundred dollars for two pairs of these headphones. This is utterly ridiculous! It's just another way for big companies to take what's left from a middle-class family.
I will be returning these poor quality headphones and telling everyone not to buy from this place. Not that you guys care with all the money this company has.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The bad earbud was replaced.
I have no idea if it was replaced with a new earbud or a refurbished earbud. I bought a new product that was bad out of the box.
It should have been replaced with a new product. No way for me to tell and there was no note in the box.
We contacted Amazon to return it, but Apple Care was tied to the SN of that particular set of buds and if we return the buds, we would lose the money spend on Apple Care for the buds.
We live in a small town, but drove 3 hours one way to the Apple Store at San Tan Village in Gilbert Arizona to get these BRAND NEW ear buds replaced. We were told Apple will not replace products that were not bought through Apple and that the buds would need to be sent to Beats for repair. REPAIR.
On BRAND NEW buds that NEVER WORKED.
We didn't purchase refurbished, but Apple apparently believes we should accept something refurbished when we paid for something new. If Apple isn't going to fully support Beats, they shouldn't sell Apple Care+ with Beats products and shouldn't schedule appointments for Beats products at Apple Stores.

Preferred solution: Brand new replacement Beats Fit Pro ear buds that work properly and a reset on my Apple Care end date to reflect coincide with the date I get a functioning pair of new ear buds.

I spoke with tech support after running through the limited solutions they had for fixing the issue. Their suggestion was to return the earbuds for a new set.
I did this and went to set up the new pair, only to encounter the same issue. Do not buy these earbuds.

Hey beats, I was wondering if you could send me a replacement for my beats solo buds? I know it's a lot to ask for but my parents will be pissed at me if they find out my dog chewed up my ear buds. (Especially for that pricetag!)

Got these 3 months ago and now the right side speaker is not working right . Have to tap on occasionally to make it work .
You would think these would work longer .
I paid 200 for them and apple says it's gonna cost another 129.00 to fix them , seems like im getting ripped off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My comment isn't about customer service its about the company. I bought these ear buds in April and I used the charger provided to me.
Headset started smoking I have a factory warranty so why cant I just get a new pair.
They eat buds or cord malfunction no fought if my own I bought them because theyre great. But the replacement policy and all you have to go through, and I still dont know if they'll be replaced is not good
Preferred solution: All I want is replacement beats there only 3months old and nearly caught fire. There the flex beats neck wrap around. Just replace them

I was sent to an Apple product assistant line as I was calling about Beats earbuds. I'm not sure why I was sent there, so I hung up the line.

I recently bought the Beats Solo 2 red wired headphones, and the first issue I encountered was the right side going out. Also, the part where the headphones fold broke, so now the broken headphone is dangling.
I haven't had these headphones for more than 4 months. I disassembled it and figured out why it failed. The wire was glued and pinched, and it eventually shorted itself out. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.
I paid 149.99 on eBay, and the headphones had never been opened before. When I first tested them, they sounded like they had static, so I thought it might be an issue with my phone and ignored it until it failed. Soon after that, the folding mechanism broke. Is there something you can do to resolve this issue?

Broken Beats
I bought 2 pairs of beats in the last 2.5 years. Both broke, and all I get told is buy a new pair because fixing will be more expensive. I wish a big company would stand by their product and replace the item.
THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!! It’s a scam after a little over a year my headphones do not have sound!!! And I have to pay to fix that when I did nothing wrong!!
My headphones dont work so why do I have to pay for more or to get them fixed when Ive have them less than two years

Have a pair of beat solo 3 and some earbuds both arent working I was very pleased with beats until both pair stop charging.
