Hello, my name is bhavika. I have got beats fit pro today but its not working properly its defective i want replacement for it or refund will be ok

User's recommendation: I will definately not recommend anyone after this bad experience. First they give u defective piece now its too difficult to talk to customer support i m really disppointed as i had really i hopes from beats bcz its apple parent company.

I need my money back

Beats Electronics - I need my money back
Today when fit beat pro delivery i was really happy when i saw them but my happiness turned into sadness after trying them i dont know its defective piece or sound quality is pathetic but its really weird

Update

I am waiting for the box for you guys to ship out so I can return the pair of beats I spoke with the Apple representative and they told me that they will be sending out a box for me to send the brand new beats back in and they would send me another pair of brand new beats so Im trying to check the status
