Can't change them. I have them for a day on the charger and nothing happened. I need someone to show me how to fix the problem. This is the second Beats broken in one year and half.

Lost Left ear Plug

It fell out of my ear while on a bus trip and fell down the air vent in the bus. I would like to know since I didn't have the earplugs for 3 months what I have to buy a new set of would you replace the left one or we are replaced the whole set. I would like to know what further steps to take

I took them to apple but they could not fix so he started it would cost 89.00 or more. Possibly will never go back there is another in the other q office not personal

Treated them with a ton of respect, never dropped them or anything. The right earbud stopped charging when placed inside the charging port after 4 days. Then the buds wouldn't connect to my phone after 5 days. It's not my phone's issue because everything else works fine, including other Bluetooth devices. Tried reconnecting, didn't work. Wont connect to anything. The right bud still doesn't charge. Now nothing will charge, and obviously won't connect now. Light goes on when charging, but won't turn on.

I own a pair of royal blue beats studios wireless that I bought years ago and i pulled them out to take to a trip,and the ear cover started pealing off ...quite inbarresing.....

Can't talk with my beats earbuds

I gave my earbuds to my boyfriend and he can only listen to music with my ear buds cant talk on the phone with them. He has reset them twice and even deleted the app trying to figure out why. They worked perfectly for me and his worked with his. We switched bc he lost a earbud

Headphones broke

Headphones suck

Have had mine for about 6 months and along with every other pair I've owned they just stop *** working. You pay so damn much for *** ear wear only to find them stop out the blue and to me that's unacceptable! I know I can't get another pair thru a warranty nor do I have all the stuff that came in the box nor the box itself. I just wish for once I could get a something of quality I paid for. Now I'm without headphones and a job in which to buy More due to covid. Thank you very much.
